Our story
DENSHI was founded on a simple conviction: technology should serve business goals, not the other way around. With over 70 years of combined leadership experience across industries, our founder and executive team built DENSHI into a consultancy where deep technical expertise meets genuine business understanding. We believe a strong company culture is the foundation for lasting results — for our team and for the organizations we partner with.
Our approach
Our approach begins with clearly defining requirements and goals in close collaboration with the client. We then assemble the team, plan architecture and technology, and validate UX/UI design through feedback. The project is structured in phases and delivered through Agile methodology with regular meetings, testing, and improvements.

Atanas Dobrev is the founder and principal shareholder of Denshi. He thrives on challenges and has extensive experience in managing large companies, transforming businesses, and operating in highly competitive and regulated environments. IT and communications technologies have been at the core of his success.
Denshi benefits from his extensive experience, strong business instincts, and broad professional network. In addition to Denshi, he has business interests in green energy and real estate.
Nikolay Dimtchev
Chief Executive Officer
Nikolay Dimchev is Chief Executive Officer of Denshi, with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, and business development. He has held leadership roles at Texim Bank and non-bank financial institutions, where he led the digitalization of products, services, and processes, as well as the development of digital channels. He is also a tech startup co-founder and currently serves as a Board Member at Ballena Ventures.
Rosen Tonchev

Rosen Tonchev is the Chief Executive Officer of Denshi, with extensive experience in technology, business transformation, IT services and outsourcing, as well as in the delivery of complex IT solutions across various industries.
His professional experience spans telecommunications, banking and aviation, with a focus on driving business results through technology and creating long-term value for clients.
