DENSHI’s team is growing and we are looking for a strong project management professional too make a meaningful impact on the success of our projects. Together with the Operations Director and the senior management team you will be able to set up management foundations and define structured processes and practices for our PMO department. 

 

We are looking for someone with a balanced skillset, the role will require a combination of strong attention to both technical and functional aspects of the solution and day-to-day activities in combination with a structured PM approach, client-facing activities and some commercial and financial exposure. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout all project phases. 

• Set up resource plans, project budget and timelines in collaboration with line managers and experts. 

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. 

• Implement and enforce project quality standards to ensure deliverables and outcome meet or exceed stakeholders' expectations and industry standards. 

• Facilitate change management processes to effectively address and adapt to project scope changes, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. 

• Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers to procure necessary resources and support for project execution. 

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risks and issue logs, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance project delivery capabilities. 

• Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations. 

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements. 

 

Key Requirements:

 

• At least 2 years of IT project management experience; 

• Professional background in a technical role (software engineer, QA, tech support, system analyst) or Business Analysis role of at least 1 year; 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics or other related field; 

• Proven customer-facing experience; 

• Ability to influence stakeholders (e.g. clients, external partners and/or vendors) and to work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions; 

• Strong communication/interpersonal skills; 

• Familiarity with different engagement models like T&M, Fixed Scope, Managed Services and Support etc.; 

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; 

• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken). 

 

Nice To Have:

​

• Experience with PM tools; 

• Knowledge of KPIs and budget management; 

• Project Management Certification like PMP or PRINCE2; 

• Experience in banking, insurance, online media, automotive or aviation industry is a plus; 

• Web, data or AI projects experience.
