To improve the efficiency and security of customer service operations, we developed a comprehensive front office management system for a leading bank. The system covers key processes related to security restriction checks, customer identity validation through government systems, and the storage of results and supporting documents in a digital customer file.
Challenge
Before the system was implemented, front office checks and document processing relied on multiple disparate systems and often involved manual work. This resulted in delays, increased risk of errors, and a lack of a unified customer view. In addition, regulatory compliance and data security requirements created a need for greater automation and full process traceability.
