Comprehensive Reporting System for an Aviation Company
To support timely, data-driven decision-making, we designed and implemented a comprehensive reporting system for a leading airline. The project was built entirely from the ground up, providing key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs) for management, operational, and analytical purposes.
Challenge
Before the project began, the company faced fragmented data sources, manual reporting processes, and delays in accessing critical information. This limited strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive reporting solution using Apache Superset for data visualization and a robust ETL process to consolidate and process information from multiple systems. Key features of the system include:

Financial KPIs, including revenue, costs, and profitability by route and aircraft type

Results
The new system significantly improved decision-making by providing a single source of truth for key performance indicators. Reports that previously took days to prepare are now available in real time. The platform also enhanced collaboration across departments and enabled proactive performance management
