We are looking for a Junior AI Software Engineer who is eager to develop their skills and grow in the field of AI and software development. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to building modern AI-driven applications using C# and .NET technologies.

Your Role:

 

• Work closely with the AI Architect and other team members to develop and improve AI-driven software solutions. Learn from veterans on a real production AI projects with impact.

• Support the development of backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of an AI assistants.

• Assist in designing multi-step AI agent workflows using MAF (Microsoft Agent Framework) gaining hands-on experience with document processing pipelines, state management and human in the loop patterns.

• Integrate OCR / Document intelligence services

• Participate in integrating AI and NLP capabilities into software applications.

• Learn and contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and prompt-based AI solutions.

• Support the deployment and monitoring of AI-enabled applications on Microsoft Azure.

• Work with the team on data structures, vector storage, and embedding workflows.

• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and improving existing AI solutions.

• Continuously learn and explore new technologies, tools, and approaches in AI and software development.

 

Key requirements: 
 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or currently completing your degree.

• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and basic software development principles.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend development.

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Willingness to learn and work with Microsoft Azure and modern AI technologies.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally.

 
Nice to have skills:
 

• Personal, university, internship, or course projects using C#/.NET or AI technologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, or semantic search.

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, or CI/CD concepts.

• Experience experimenting with AI APIs, chatbots, or other AI-powered applications.
