At DENSHI, our digital horizon is ever-expanding. As we venture forward, we’re searching for a Mid-level BI Developer/Data Engineer. We offer you the opportunity to join as one of the first employees of the company and shape its outlook. Together with the senior management team you will be able to collaborate on designing its technical foundations and practices.
Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Insights: Create and manage dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.

Data Modeling: Implement and maintain robust data models to support reporting and analytics.

Visualization: Develop datasets, reports, and dashboards using visualization tools.

Strong individual contributor able to drive a project from inception to completion with moderate supervision and ability to present structured information for the project progress.
Key requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Developer, Data Engineer or in a similar role.

Motivated Professional: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm to learn new technologies, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

SQL Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of SQL with hands-on experience retrieving data, performing table joins, and creating ready-to-use datasets.

Data Knowledge: Familiarity with fact tables, dimensions, metrics, and KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at both expert and management levels.

Work Ethics: Maintain high standards for quality and adhere to schedules.
Nice to have skills:

ETL and dataflow pipelines, Data Warehousing (DWH), Python or Java. Knowledge or expertise in any of the above fields will be considered an advantage.
