DENSHI’s team is growing and we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to make a meaningful impact on the success of our projects. Together with the Technical Director and the senior management team you will be able to collaborate on designing its technical foundations and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing the business requirements for the projects and translating these into requirement specifications;

• Work closely with stakeholders, development and testing teams to ensure the software product meets the business needs;

• Coordinate and monitor implementation plans, project schedules and ensure delivery with high quality in a timely manner;

• Determining project changes and issues;

• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate developed solutions, and ensure that they meet the specified requirements;

• Chair and facilitate relevant meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics or other related field;

• Ability to influence stakeholders (e.g. internal clients, external partners and/or vendors) and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;

• Strong communication/interpersonal skills;

• Familiarity with industry-standard BA tools and methodologies;

• Proven customer facing experience;

• Experience with requirements tracking tool e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.;

• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
